She is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and accessible care that empowers children to thrive and families to feel supported every step of the way.
Tacoma Longworth, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Director of BT / RBT Operations and Services
Tacoma’s journey into working with children began long before her professional career. Raised in a military family and born on Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, she grew up learning the importance of kindness, adaptability, and connection. Living in Germany and traveling during her youth helped shape her compassionate and open-hearted approach to life.
As one of three siblings, Tacoma learned early on the value of teamwork, understanding, and supporting one another. She spent many summers in Montana visiting family and building lifelong ties to the community, especially through her mother’s roots in Belt, Montana.
After graduating from high school in Yorktown, Virginia, Tacoma moved to Bozeman in 2017 to attend Montana State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology in 2021 and began working in ABA during her final year of college. It was during this time that she discovered how meaningful it was to walk alongside families and celebrate every small victory with their children.
In 2022, Tacoma pursued her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology, graduating in 2024. While completing her studies, she continued providing in-home and school-based services in the Bozeman area.
With her warm spirit, gentle patience, and strong commitment to families, Tacoma is passionate about helping children feel confident, supported, and loved as they grow.
